Export Schedule from Primavera P6 to Excel

Lets see How to export the P6 Schedule in to Excel in an easy way.

Step 1:

First Open the schedule

and go to Activities layout, Which you have set with your desired filters and columns

Step 2:

Right Click on any activity and Select the "Export to Excel" Option from the menu

Step 3:

Save the File on to your system

Step 4:

Re arrange the column widths for better visibility and Edit the Excel sheet and Re-Import into Primavera, whenever it is required.

By doing this way, it saves a lot of time rather than going by File>>Export option, there you have to set the layout and template for exporting which takes a lot of time every time.
