Count Unique Numeric Values In A Range

In this tutorial, let us learn how to Count unique numeric values in a range using the combination of Frequency and Sum functions

Let us consider this example of data table and get the count of unique numbers in cell F4.

Type the formula in cell F4 as = Sum(--(Frequency(B5:C12,B5:C12)>0)) and press enter to see the result as "8".

So, here what we have done is. We have calculated the frequency of the repeated numbers.

You can use other functions like for example =Sumproduct(1/Countif(B5:C12,B5:C12)) which gives the same result.

There are more functions as well to do the same calculation. But, I feel this as the simplest way to calculate.
